Onboarding and Training Courses
Our commitment to professional development starts from day one. Every new security officer undergoes an intensive 40-hour onboarding process that lays the foundation for their security career with Secure Guard. This onboarding is supplemented by a series of video training courses covering a broad range of subjects from conflict management and emergency response to customer service and patrolling techniques. After viewing each video, officers are required to pass a test to confirm their understanding of the concepts covered. This combination of theoretical and practical testing ensures our officers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to keep your business safe and secure.
Post Orders
Post orders serve as the blueprint for our security service at each site. Each officer is provided with a detailed post order that outlines the specific rules, regulations, and guidelines for the site, including established patrol routes and checkpoints. These post orders are meticulously crafted to meet the unique requirements of each site, ensuring our officers understand the intricacies of the areas they're protecting. In this way, we ensure our security solutions are as efficient, reliable, and targeted as possible.
On-Site Training
Once our officers have completed their onboarding and have fully understood their post orders, they move on to the next critical stage – on-site training. In this phase, our management team works closely with each guard on a one-on-one basis to review post orders, clarify any questions, and address any issues. This hands-on approach not only deepens the understanding of each officer's responsibilities but also helps in building strong relationships between the guards and the management team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Annual Training Refresher
To ensure the continued excellence of our security officers, Secure Guard Security Services mandates an annual 40-hour training refresher for all our personnel.
